Online Orders

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the return period begins when you receive the last item.

Please note: You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us, for example by using the Standard Cancellation Form found at the bottom of this page.

Returning Part of an Order

If you've purchased multiple items in one order, you are welcome to return one or more of them individually.

How to Return

Returns from Danish addresses are free of charge via PostNord.
For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Fill out the return form included with your order.
2. Use a trackable shipping service for international returns.
3. Keep your return receipt until your refund is processed.

Please mark the package clearly with “Att: RETURNS” on the outside. Missing this label may cause delays or customs issues, and in some cases, your package may be returned to sender.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging if possible.
If an item has been used beyond checking its size or features, we may reduce the refunded amount based on its resale value.

Missing original packaging may also affect the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund (excluding original delivery costs).
Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
