1. Order Confirmation

By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of your order, a binding agreement is entered between you and shopholgerrune.com. Once an order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payment

Shop Holger Rune accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Payment will only be charged when the order is dispatched. We do not store your payment information after the transaction is completed.

If you pay via PayPal, please note that you may not be covered by the same dispute protections as with card purchases. Refer to paypal.com for more details.

All prices are shown including 25% Danish VAT and can be displayed in DKK, EUR, USD, GBP, and NOK.

4. Local Levies

Local import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. VAT-Exempt Purchases (Outside EU)

If you are shopping from outside the EU, Danish VAT will automatically be deducted at checkout once the shipping country is selected.
Please note: You may still be subject to local duties and import taxes, which are your responsibility.

6. Return Rights

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order. If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the 14 days count from when the final item was received.

You must notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase. Simply refusing the package is not a valid cancellation. You can contact us at contact@shopholgerrune.com or use the Standard Cancellation Form at the bottom of this page.

Returning Part of an Order
You may return individual items from a multi-item order.

How to Return

Danish returns are free and handled by PostNord.

International returns are at your own expense.

Use our [Return Portal] if available.

If not, include the return form in your package.

We recommend a trackable service for international returns.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. If items are returned used or damaged, only a partial refund may be issued.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Delivery costs are only refunded if the cheapest delivery option was selected. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

7. Claims

All purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. You have a 2-year right to complain about manufacturing defects.
Please email contact@shopholgerrune.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

If your claim is approved, you may receive a refund, exchange, repair, or price reduction, depending on the case.

8. Shipping

We ship with PostNord, DHL, and FedEx. All shipments are insured and trackable.

Shipping Times:

Europe: 2–4 business days

Rest of the World: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs:

Europe: 19 EUR

Rest of the World: 38 EUR

We currently do not offer shipping to Russia.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect and store the necessary personal data to fulfill your order. This includes your name, address, phone number, and email.

Your data is processed securely and is never shared with third parties outside our service providers. We only use providers within the EU or countries that offer adequate protection.

Data is retained for up to 5 years for accounting and legal compliance.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
