Where signatures come fromEvery signed item in this store has been signed directly by Holger Rune. Signatures are not reproduced, printed, or applied by a third party. Items are signed in a controlled setting — not through mail-order or fan submission programmes.
Witnessed signing Each item is signed in the presence of a representative connected to the Holger Rune team. Unsigned items are never sent out for signing remotely.
What provenance details are recorded For each signed item, the following details are recorded at the time of signing: date of signing, item type and description, and signing location or event context (where applicable). These records are held internally and can be referenced in the event of a query about a specific item.
What is included with each item Each signed item ships with a card or insert stating that the item has been personally signed by Holger Rune and includes the recorded signing date. No external certificate of authenticity from a third-party grading service is included unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Match-used claims Where a product is listed as match-used (for example, a tennis ball used during a match), this is documented with reference to the specific tournament or practice session. Match-used status is noted only when it can be confirmed from internal records. If a listing does not state match-used, the item is a standard signed collectible.
